Incoming — filtered through our mail gateway

Every message sent to your domain passes through our mail gateway before it reaches your inbox, where it is inspected and filtered:

• Spam, phishing & malware filtering — messages are scored and filtered with custom, continuously-tuned rules that catch targeted scams like fake invoices, spoofed executives, and credential-harvesting links.
• Sender verification — incoming mail is checked against SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and known-bad sources, so forged and spoofed messages are rejected before they reach you.
• Attachment & login protection — risky attachments are scanned, dangerous senders blocked, and mailbox logins are rate-limited with automatic brute-force blocking — all over encrypted TLS connections.

Outgoing — we help your mail get delivered

Great email is only useful if it arrives. We handle the technical setup that keeps your messages out of the spam folder and landing in the inbox:

• SPF, DKIM & DMARC — we configure these for your domain so mailbox providers like Gmail and Outlook can confirm your mail really is from you.
• Reverse DNS & proper hostnames — our sending servers have matching PTR records and correctly configured mail hostnames — a key signal that separates legitimate senders from spammers.
• Clean, monitored sending IPs — we keep our mail IP addresses off blocklists and watch their reputation, so your business isn’t sharing sending infrastructure with spammers.
• Blocklist help — if your domain or IP is ever listed somewhere, we help get it delisted quickly.
